Development of Urban Plans and Urban Projects
According to the Law on Urban Planning (“State Assembly Journal of RM”, no. 32/20) development of:
- General Urban Plan
- Detailed Urban Plan
- Urban Plan for a Village
- Urban Plan Outside of a Settlement
- Urban Plans for Areas and Buildings of State Importance
- Urban project
can be performed by legal entities that have a license for development of Urban Plans and the Agency for Spatial Planning.
Preparation of urban plans is done according with the approved Planning Program by the Mayor of the Municipality, the Mayor of the Municipality of the City of Skopje, i.e. the Mayor of the City of Skopje or the Minister inc harge of matters in the field of spatial planning.
Urban project is an urban-project documentation, which is prepared in accordance with the accepted Project program certified by the applicant of the Urban project.
Depending on the type and purpose of the construction plot and the buildings that are subject to construction, the types of Urban Project are defined in Article 58, Article 59 of the Law on Urban Planning (“Official Gazette of RM” no. 32/20).
The contents of the Urban project is defined in Article 60 of the Law on Urban Planning (“Official Gazette of RM” no. 32/20).
Urban project can be prepared by legal entities in accordance with Article 61 of the Law on Urban Planning (“Official Gazette of RM” no. 32/20).
